In June 2002, certain employee share options were exercised to subscribe for 6,750,000 shares in the Company for an aggregated consideration of approximately $1,134,000.

On 10th July, 2002, the Group acquired office premises from Chrysty Trading Company Limited, a company beneficially owned by Ms. Yeung Chui, a director of the Company, at open market value as at 31st May, 2002 of $4,300,000, as determined by an independent qualified valuer.
